"Pearly" the Butterfly

Made with an old playing card, an old card, and vintage pearls. The pearls were given to me when I was a teenager (in the 80's) by an older woman named Louise. The string broke and I never got it restrung, but kept it all these years. Now they've been used to embellish sweet "Pearly" the butterfly. Wouldn't you like to adopt her?

(she was in a plastic slip when I scanned her so that's why the picture is a little weird around the pearls)

ATC's are like miniature pieces of art, made as a card that is 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches in size. They are meant to be traded, not sold. You can decorate them with just about anything, and ATC's are usually noted as "altered art".
